I’m guessing it could be a piece of armor or something u hold that will give u regeneration or some kind of buff when you are in water

If I reach further, water irl is related to aging, aging can be seen clearer on our skin so this trinket could be a bottle of water which changes ur skin for a while when u drink it or since it’s about “aging” it could turn u into a baby (make u smaller)
Alternative would be drying sorrounding water source for example 3x3 block around you
I think 3x3 is too small maybe 7x7 so its more useful
maybe 5x5 its more balanced
Considering sponge is 5x5, it should probably be smaller if its ever a thing, but making it not work on other factions poses some difficulties…
But if lower than sponge won’t it become worthless then? Don’t sponge work on other factions? Can’t staff just remake that with the trinket but buffed stronger?

Sponge does not work on other factions, it should be cut off at the chunk border if you don’t have access.
Also, it would not be pointless because sponge must be dryed out in a furnace… and placed/picked up. You get infinite uses with the armor (unless i missunderstood), so it should have a drawback compared to sponges with extra steps
Yes/no, TE did modify the behavior of sponges some. In TE water would not flow back after a sponge was placed… Really miss that behavior… made life easier…
Ah thats really useful yeah. I once was thinking of making a water wall using sponge (Atlantis theme structure under water but the sorrounding water hold back by sponge using water wall
I think the best trinket would be able to drain even more but that might be too OP.
It is useful for draining underwater caves
