Why? just, why? like I kinda get why changing your name would have to be done on the forums cus someone could be trying to avoid bans or something but why changing your pass? I just wanna play, man. but now I’ve gotta wait probably till tomorrow for a staff member to reset my pass so I can get back in.
I’m so frustrated. I was really excited to work on my builds today and now that probably wont happen…
Very simple. People don’t register with an email or anything that allows us to know the member is really trying to reset their password. This way if we moderate password requests it’s way less likely an impostor tries to steal accounts.
Of course, if you have a suggestion to circumvent this, we’re all ears.
