It’s included in the PTO, that’s why I try my best to keep it accumulated for emergencies (car acciden/break down, long time sickness, etc), don’t care about vacation, I can take it any time even without PTO.
Even without PTO, I can take sick leave as long as I want, but it won’t be paid, so.
But if I don’t provide 40 hours/week, I am forced to use PTO…
