Well… Maybe the healthy diet part is kinda expensive but at least exercising is cheap
most cheap way of staying a lil bit healthy is “Drinking water regularly”

Its weird when native speaker could use there instead of they are… English is my second language but I never use there instead of they are…
I hope he/she is not native speaker though
Ye it’s understandable. We were taugh to make no mistake in other language but when it comes to our own, while growing up we tend to mimic the way people around us say it. Some words like “they are” sound like “there” in speaking so we got used to say “there” insteand of “they are” and it happens to affect the way we type/write as well like muscle memory. Speaking in Vietnamese I would use words that would be impossible to understand or can be seen as a mistake in writing but other Vietnamese would still understand it
