What happened:
Found out that latest skin url can’t be change when using /skin url.
Here’s the error it show when using the command.

I have updated the SkinsRestorer plugin and things seem to work fine for me using Imgur as a host for the skin now.
Example command: /skin url "https://i.imgur.com/QuoWt6B.png"
Let me know if things are still broken or fixed, so I can close this thread, and sorry for the delay!
