I made a mistake(forgetting my account’s info) and after that i went to the server and tried to join in it says"You cannot more that 1 account, per ip, request more on forums" so this is the reason for this particular request please i request for your kind support on this topic.

Hello Demon, I have searched for your account and I found your old account name Arkdemon
I reset your password to a new one and sent it to your forums DM
Please make sure to change your password after logging in and save it somewhere safe using the command /changepw
