The player has not made an appeal yet, they in fact may not make one as you suggested but they have only been banned for just over 5 days… If they go 14 days without appealing, then I will remove the locks (please bump).
If they end up making an appeal:
A banned player’s lockettes are protected until their appeal is over (if denied, we will unlock).
You didn’t bump at 14 days so it got buried…
But done now.
