Issue: i have reached the limit of 4 warps, recently i bought 2 extra warps but it does not add to my warp limit.

The store purchase history shows that you have bought 2 public/private warps and 2 faction warps. Your last purchase shows as faction warps, and given that it’s not you email address attached to the purchased, you need to see if there was a misunderstanding with whoever made the donation for you.
base 2 + 2 purchased = 4 normal
base 0 + 2 purchased = 2 faction
The store currently does not let you buy more than 2 warps per section
