Description: Indestructible Amethsyt Bud

Why: player unintentionally broke the ametyst bud when farming amethsyt

How: Same with spawner but this time with Amethsyt

Pros:

  • First point: safe farm for everyone
  • Second point: preserve wild Amethyst bud in the wilderness for everyone to found

Cons:

  • First: reduce market cost for amethyst (but the market is bad for it anyway lol)
  • Second point: might hinder some structure building (for player) and needing staff to remove

Not reversing default game behavior in this case… Not breaking the budding blocks is part of the challenge of collection…

Find a client side mod to prevent you from breaking the block if it really bothers you, I am sure one exists somewhere.

Also just wanted to add, there’s already a way to create budding amethysts using the Budding Solution trinket, and if budding amethysts ever become in danger of disappearing from the world, we can easily sort that out. But as of now, there’s tons of them everywhere, unlike spawners which are a lot rarer.
