my mending was lost when i tp-ed to faction from treemine, my item name was “Crimson Knight’s Helmet” and it just happen 30 mins ago from this post. i got disconnected and it says “an internal exception disconnection..” like that i think. when i reconnect and log in, the item was gone.
like 14:50 gmt 7+ / 7:50 utc i think

the item was on cursor hold, and it was lagged my pc. so i was in a chunk that already too much entity and my pc was not ready for that.
That was very weird from what i seen in logs…
