This actually sounds like a good idea and hopefully you can find some other players to help you with it… And yes it’d be allowed if you’re improving the area
But i will note: please do not flatten areas just to flatten them (areas should hopefully look as natural as possible), only do so if it’s to fit in with the surroundings
