In-game name: Keny

What happened: 5 mob heads (Purple jellyfish, Purple Dolphin, Purple Puffer, Cow skull, Pig skull iirc) gone from /ah due to expiring after 8days or something. I know its fair and as per rule it happened. But I want to explain my situation. For the Past 20 days I was in my native, its like rural area with poor connectivity. I tried connected with 3 different network. I have 2 dongle with different network and 1 mobile hot spot. I tried to connect but able to login but after that unable to check /ah or any action, keep on disconnected due to poor network. It was unexpected thing. I know its my side issue. But just I want to explain my situation. Please consider the situation and do the needful if possible. And also whatever the answer is I will accept it, thanks in advance.

/ah is horribly logged, it’d be extremely hard for me to prove these items were ever put on /ah (it would likely take multiple hours of log searching and even then, it may not be provable). So even if i wanted to grant an exception it would be near impossible to restore them, which would be unfair to other players anyways as we generally don’t make exceptions for network conditions…
