kinda,well not much i only consume em at night when i had a project or a homewrok ig,ik too much caffeine especially at night is kinda no good for health but as you stay shaped (like drinkin water ALWAYS ig) then prob its alright,i cant drink coffee at day-noon so..
i drink water more than coffee, i only drink coffee if there’s a late night project i need to do
