It is the skewer, you put it in pita bread and eat it.
It’s ground meat with spice and veggies, it tastes better than any kebab.

Fair, but it’s quite different texture due to mixture and it is juicy, not dry.
It’s an Adana kebab, that’s just how they are.
You really need to…. The event take a lot of time although I prefer grail front than regular grinding…. Much more tactical and not so linear

Skewer is literally in the definition of kebab and it doesn’t have a skewer :ohnoo:
That’s western kebab, kebab is Persian word which means roasted meat, yes you can have skewer and all other stuff, but non of us use wood skewers, we use large metal ones, grill, get some pita bread and release them inside, then people share pieces.
