Btw I am thinking of forming a movement to keep sorrounding land near spawn pristine, preferably start at the opening of V3… Anyone want to join?
Because as we might experience before hand, land especially near spawn always seem in a flux of building and destroyed over and over and thus become ugly by time.

Not really… Depends on the goal. Basically just keep the land flat so its easily built and add trees

By time it will be flattened by players. So only flattening if it have been flattened by players no worry.
By observation almost all land near spawn (currently in V2) is all flattened to some degree so its actually quite easy to manage.
Most terraformed land near spawn is by big factions, usually make shops etc.
