Memberships and access passes are entitled for one person only. Sharing of perks, i.e. early farm access may result in revocation of membership without refund

We reserve the right to end memberships and passes with a refund based calculated from the remaining time for poor behavior or other reasons as deemed necessary. For a permenant membership, this is caclulated based on a total time period of 3.33 years at 150k/year. After which there is no refund
- In the case of a storage access pass, no refund can be given if any items have been taken from a farm storage as perceived valued has already been received

Do not enter areas that you’re not permitted to be in

While there are no plans for Npire™ to disappear, in the event it is dissolved, no refunds will be given

If two members with the same priority want to use a farm, whoever was there first gets to use it. If both show up at the same time, flip a coin or roll a die.

The free loot is based on NShop™ prices.

The free loot will be taken from the Npire™ storage; however, in the very unlikely event a particular item is out of stock, you will receive your request from newly farmed items.

If you own a storage access pass, free loot from a membership only applies to loot not produced at farms you access access to

When accessing storage areas at farms, you must follow the following rules:
- Do not attempt to escape into areas you’re not supposed to be in and do not use any knowledge obtained to your advantage
- All items taken from the storage areas are for personal use only unless you farmed the items yourself. Do not resell or trade them in any form unless you have farmed them yourself. This includes selling any items that are a result of crafting with taken items
- You may only take from the labeled item sections, never take from the random item or unstackable sections without permission unless it is to retrieve an item that you have dropped in by accident (for example, a sword)
- If you take shulker boxes, return the correct number of empty shulker boxes to the empty shulker boxes chests(s). Failure to do so will be considered stealing the shulker boxes
- Do not turn on burning of items without permission, you can turn off burning of a specific item that is already being burned if you need it; however, you must turn it turn it back on when you are done
