Next time, please follow the guidelines on how to make a name request change. It’s imperative that you always list your reason for why you want a name change when making any of these requests. I’ll only allow it for this instance as it is your first time requesting a name change.
Your login credentials will stay the same. You were not at a faction at the time of the name change, so your locks would have expired by now.
